Apple users most satisfied; Xiaomi, Samsung lead in brand awareness: Survey

According to the CMR survey, Apple users are most satisfied (96%), followed by Samsung (94%).

Respondents of the survey have ranked Realme (52%) brand followed by Xiaomi (48%) and Samsung (44%).

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi and Korean conglomerate Samsung were at the top spot when it comes to brand awareness in the CMR survey, followed by Realme, according to the CMR ‘Connected Consumer Survey 2021’.

According to the survey, Realme has the highest brand affinity score in India. The score is a composite score derived from brand awareness, consideration, satisfaction and recommendation scores. At the second and third spots were Xiaomi and Samsung. 

The survey also ranked Realme the most-considered (67%) brand followed by Xiaomi (62%) and Samsung (50%).
