Redmi Pad 2 Pro Price In India: The tablet comes with a quad-speaker system that supports Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, and offers up to a 300% audio boost for louder, clearer sound.  

Xiaomi has started rolling out its latest HyperOS 3 update, based on Android 16, to more smartphones and tablets. The update is coming to select Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco devices, a company executive confirmed on Tuesday. The HyperOS 3 update brings several improvements, including advanced AI features, a refreshed user interface, new system animations, and updated widgets.

As reported earlier in Parliament, mobile phone exports have jumped 127 times in the past decade -- from just Rs 0.01 lakh crore in 2014-15 to Rs 2 lakh crore in 2024-25.

Apple led India's tablet market in Q2 2025 with a 30% market share and a 78% QoQ and 10% YoY growth. Meanwhile, Samsung held the second position with a 27% market share, growing 15% YoY.

The Redmi Pad Pro will go on sale starting August 2, from 12 PM onwards. Meanwhile, the Redmi Pad SE 4G will go on sale starting August 8, from 12 PM onwards. 

The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 foldable smartphone supports two-way satellite communication, enabling users to stay connected via satellites in case of emergencies when no network is available. 

The company recorded a 25 per cent decline in smartphone shipment during 2022, including three-quarters of FY23, while it is still leading the Indian smartphone market with a 21 per cent market share, according to market research firm IDC.
