The iPhone SE was discontinued by Apple on September 12, 2018. Its successor, the iPhone SE (2020), was announced on April 15, 2020, and released on April 24, 2020. Here are some upgrades we may expect with the next-generation iPhone once it launches.

It may be expected that the iPhone 8 will be modeled after the iPhone 8. It might come at 4.7 inches and it is the only iPhone that includes thick bezels and a Touch ID Home button. According to the macrumors, the iPhone SE 4 could look similar to the 2018 iPhone XR. It may feature rounded edges rather than the squared off.
It may have USB-C
Apple had earlier announced to bring USB-C charging port instead of lighting port with the next-generation iPhones starting 2024 in compliance with European Union's new regulation.
Bigger RAM and Faster charging
It is expected that RAM size will increase from earlier model of iPhone SE. Moreover, it will support fast charging.
