Customers who don't qualify for ordinary credit cards can get credit cards against fixed deposits from the government-owned Punjab National Bank (PNB). "Being an FD just become hip. PNB becomes the first public sector bank to digitally introduce credit cards in exchange for fixed deposits. Receive your RuPay or VISA credit card online in exchange for one or more FDs with an 80% credit limit, according to the lender.
