Lockdown anniversary: Films which couldn't release in cinema halls due to pandemic

Along with the entire nation, the Indian film industry too came to a standstill following the enforcement of coronavirus-induced lockdown on March 24, 2020. Much like its contemporaries, Bollywood too was torn between the choice of a digital release or a postponed theatrical release. While certain makers decided to not wait for the return of normalcy and release their movies on OTT platforms, there were a few who decided to give themselves for time and release their film on the silver screens after they reopens.
