After staying closed for 7 months, Statue of Unity opens for tourists from today: In Pics

The tallest statue of the world known as the Statue of Unity in Gujarat reopened for visitors from today after remaining shut for nearly 7 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The reopening of the tourist destination comes with several limitations this time where only 2500 tourists will be allowed per to visit the statue per day. Only 500 tourists will be allowed to enter the view gallery made inside the statue.

The tallest statue of the world known as the Statue of Unity in Gujarat reopened for visitors from today after remaining shut for nearly 7 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The reopening of the tourist destination comes with several limitations this time where only 2500 tourists will be allowed per to visit the statue per day. Only 500 tourists will be allowed to enter the view gallery made inside the statue.

The tickets to visit the famous Statue of Unity will only be available in online mode. The online tickets will be sold on two hours slot basis. 

The tourist visiting the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's statue in Gujarat will have to strictly follow COVID-19 guidelines like wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.
