Fresh Photos Of Ram Temple Construction Show Its Breathtaking Splendor; Check Opening Date

Champat Rai, who arrived in Haridwar on Sunday, held discussions with saints and sages, updating them about the progress of the temple's construction. Additionally, he extended an invitation to them to participate in the 10-day Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya.

Champat Rai conveyed that the aspirations of millions of devotees of Lord Ram will soon be realized. After years of controversies, Ram Lalla is finally going to be enshrined in his majestic temple in Ayodhya.

Rai remarked, "The idol of Ram Lalla is set to be consecrated within the sanctum sanctorum of the temple on a date between January 16 and 24, 2024, following the Makar Sankranti festival."

 

Rai further revealed that the roof work for the first floor of the two-story temple is almost 80% complete. The consecration of the temple is planned once the first floor construction is concluded, Rai emphasized.

Once Ram Lalla is consecrated within the sanctum sanctorum, the temple will be open for public. So, most likely, the temple will be open for public to perform prayers around January 20. Rai assured that construction activities will proceed smoothly alongside the devotees' visits to the temple, causing no disruption.

 

Regarding the invitation process, Rai mentioned that verbal invitations are currently being extended to saints and sages, with formal invitations slated for November. He expressed the intention to invite spiritual leaders from all traditions across the country to the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

Mahant Ravindra Puri, the President of Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad, urged all saints, seers, and Lord Ram's devotees to attend the consecration ceremony. Puri also expressed his optimism for Narendra Modi's victory in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, hoping that he would secure another term as Prime Minister, thus ensuring India's continued path of development.
