In pics: Anti-coronavirus COVID-19 sweets on sale in West Bengal

As the nation is under 21-day lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus, some sweet shops in West Bengal have come up with a novel idea to raise awareness among people. Some shops in the state are selling 'anti-coronavirus' sweets and cakes in order to send a message to the people that they should not be afraid of the deadly virus and all they need to remain safe is to maintain social distancing and follow the guidelines of lockdown. It is to be noted that in West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has allowed the sweet shops to operate because the people of the state love to eat sweets and cakes.
