Voting for the first phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election began today in 11 districts. Here are the key candidates from Noida, Loni, Mathura, Modi Nagar, Kairana and Chhaprauli constituency:
Noida
Pankaj Singh, BJP- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has once again fielded Pankaj Singh, the son of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh from the Noida Assembly seat. The 43-year-old has no criminal cases against him and has mentioned Graduate as his educational qualification. His total assets are worth Rs 4.8 crore and he has liabilities worth Rs 12 lakh.
Sunil Choudhary, SP- The Samajwadi Party has fielded Sunil Chaudhary from the Noida Assembly seat. Choudhary has declared three criminal cases in his affidavit. He has mentioned business and farming as his profession and Class 12 pass as his educational qualification. The 43-year-old has total assets worth Rs 16.7 crore and has liabilities worth Rs 19.4 crore.
Loni
Nandkishor, BJP- The Bharatiya Janata Party has fielded Nandkishor from Loni, who is also the sitting MLA. The BJP candidate has declared four criminal cases in his election affidavit and has mentioned Post Graduate as his qualification. The 46-year-old has declared incomes from agriculture, rent and MLA salary in the affidavit. He has total assets worth Rs 2.5 crore and liabilities worth Rs 35,975.
Madan Bhaiya, RLD- SP-RLD has fielded Madan Bhaiya as its candidate from Loni. Madan Bhaiya has declared five criminal cases against himself in his affidavit. The 62-year-old has declared agriculture and social work as his profession. The SP-RLD candidate is Class 12 pass and holds total assets worth Rs 16.5 crore and liabilities worth Rs 80.5 lakh.
Mathura
