Jeep Grand Cherokee launched in India: Exterior, interior, features: IN PICS

The Grand Cherokee's dashboard gets a 10-inch head-up display, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch (25.6-cm) touchscreen infotainment unit, and a segment-first 10.25-inch (26-cm) front passenger display.

The Grand Cherokee rides on a set of 20-inch alloy wheels, which don a diamond-cut finish. The Cherokee gets squared-off wheel arches, further finished with black cladding.

The SUV gets slim tail lamps at the rear. The loading lip seems high here, which might be a challenge while filling the 1,076-litre trunk.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is being offered with a 2.0L turbo-petrol engine that belts out 272 hp and 400 Nm as its max output. Moreover, it gets an 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all-four wheels of the car. The Grand Cherokee also gets selectable driving modes.

A pair of slim LED headlamps sit on either side of the chrome-finished 7-slat grille on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. It uses slim LED DRLs that sit on the top-most part of the headlamp.

The Grand Cherokee continues with an old-school approach for aesthetics with an upright stance and straight lines all around. The SUV a lower beltline for a larger DLO that lets in a lot of light enter the cabin.
