Disagreements are a part and parcel of the game but having heated debate in the dugout area with all cameras on you reveals something about the environment in the dressing room. KKR have done consistent changes, trying to find the right combinations and in doing so they have picked wrong players. Pat Cummins got drop mid-season after a couple of poor outings. Imagine dropping a World Class and No 1 bowler due to some failures. They even dropped Venkatesh Iyer, who took them to the final last season.
