Clarke took a dig at Buchanan, who once alleged the former by pointing out that the culture of baggy green had deteriorated under his leadership.

“I don't think John knows a thing about the baggy green, having never worn one.

"He's still living off the fact that he coached a team that anyone, even my dog Jerry, could have coached to world domination." - wrote Clarke.

Buchanan was the head coach of the Australian outfit, who dominated world cricket for more than a decade.

Clarke, who played his last Test against England at The Oval on August 23, 2015, also launched scathing attacks on teammates Matthew Hayden and Andrew Symonds, who criticized him a lot in the recent past.

"Andrew Symonds went on TV to criticise my leadership. I'm sorry, but he is not a person to judge anyone on leadership." - wrote the 34-year-old.
