Collingwood, who thinks that the main aim of the England team is to win the World Cup, said his young team always goes out to give their best, Sport24 reported.

The 39-year-old, however, admitted that his side requires a lot of development, but added that their aggressive approach during the game is working for them.

Earlier, England had secured a 95-run win over Pakistan in the second match in Abu Dhabi and consequently leveling the four-match series 1-1.

Reflecting on the win, Collingwood said the team had bounced back brilliantly, and specifically pointed out to the contributions of openers Alex Hales (109) and Jason Roy (54).

Lavishing praise on Hales, Collingwood said he has a talent to do things that other people can't do, adding that the player had shown great temperament and mentality during the match.

England will now play their third ODI against Pakistan on November 17 at Sharjah.
