High school player dies after gridiron injury
A New Jersey high school football player died after he was hurt in a game on Friday night, school officials confirmed on Saturday.

Quarterback Evan Murray, a three-sport star at Warren Hills Regional High School died after being injured during a game in Washington, New Jersey.
In a statement released Saturday, interim Superintendent Gary Bowen said the school community was "deeply saddened" but did not elaborate on the nature of Murray`s injury.
He said the cause of death had not yet been determined.
Murray, 17, was a high school senior in his third season as his team`s starting quarterback.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and the NFL`s New York Jets -- who play their home games in East Rutherford, New Jersey -- were among those who offered condolences via social media on Saturday.
