DNA: Complete Lockdown is only `solution` for COVID-19?

The weekend curfew was announced by CM Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday, a day after over 17,000 corona cases in Delhi. Meanwhile, during the curfew issued in Maharashtra, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has clarified that some sections of the required categories will be exempt from the restrictions imposed from Wednesday night.
