DNA: Mamata Banerjee insults Prime Minister Modi?

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has herself inaugurated a cancer hospital built at a cost of Rs 534 crore instead of getting it done by Prime Minister Modi. This cancer hospital was to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi during a virtual program. But, Mamta Banerjee in the presence of the Prime Minister said that she had inaugurated this hospital last year.
