DNA: What`s the status of Bihar on `Bihar Diwas 2021`?

On 22 March 1912, Bihar attained statehood after seceding from Bengal during British-raj. On Bihar Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and other leaders greeted the people of Bihar. PM Modi wrote on Twitter about Bihar's "glorious past and rich culture".
