EC transfers DCP Chinmoy Biswal, additional DCP Kumar Gyanesh given charge

The Election Commission on Sunday shunted out Delhi's southeast DCP Chinmoy Biswal after Jamia, Shaheen Bagh firing incidents this week. After which additional DCP Gyanesh has been given the charge.
