Kanpur Violence: Allegations of unilateral action is wrong - ADG Prashant Kumar

ADG (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar has reacted to the allegations on the action being taken in Kanpur violence. Prashant Kumar has said that the allegations of unilateral action are completely wrong. He further added that stone pelters are can be clearly seen during the violence.
