Supreme Court fines Rs 20 lakhs on Mamata govt to ban `Bhobishyoter Bhoot` movie in Bengal

The West Bengal government on Thursday was fined with Rs 20 lakh by the Supreme Court for imposing a "virtual" ban on the public screening of the satirical film "Bhobishyoter Bhoot" in the state.
