`Absence of dialogue paves way for unaccountable forces…` VP Dhankar on logjam in Parliament

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar during the valedictory function of the Festival of Libraries opened up about a logjam in Parliament and said that if dialogue and discussion are disrupted then one-day whole space will be captured by non-accountable forces.
