Biparjoy Scare nears as winds blowing at a speed of 145 KM

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), cyclone 'Biparjoy' will approach Jakhou port on Thursday evening as an 'extremely severe cyclonic storm' with wind speed up to 150 kmph.
