A new technique analyzing urine extracellular vesicles (uEVs) can predict renal function decline. Childhood Kidney Disease (CKD) develops when nephrons are damaged. Research found that changes in tiny structures called extracellular vesicles in urine are valuable in the diagnosis of CKD.
