Congress raises questions as Modi govt completes 9 yrs

Congress said, promised to double the income of farmers by 2022. Promised to give all houses by 2022. Promised to give fifteen lakhs by bringing black money. Promised to provide two crore jobs every year. PM Modi did not fulfill his promises.
