Rahul Gandhi`s application in Modi Surname case rejected

The major decision of the Surat court in the defamation case of 2019 has come to the fore. The court has rejected the application of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the Modi surname case. The sentence of two years is still valid on Rahul.
