Mogadishu: A huge explosion was heard in the centre of Somalia's capital Mogadishu on Wednesday, a Reuters witness said. 


Details about the blast were still unclear but Islamist group al Shabaab frequently carries out bombings in Mogadishu and other areas of Somalia.
