New Delhi: This year, the auspicious festival of Maha Shivratri is on February 21 and the preparations began days in advance. Several Shiva and Parvati temples are adorned beautifully with flowers and other decorative items. The day is marked to celebrate the wedding of Lord Shiva and Maa Parvati.
