Adam Young upset with country singer Taylor Swift’s snub

London: Country sweetheart Taylor Swift has given a cold shoulder to `Owl City` star Adam Young by not responding to his Valentine`s day gift.

The 21-year-old singer, who is known for writing songs based on her real life experiences, had penned a track called `Enchanted` for her 2010 `Speak Now` album, which was inspired by her first meeting with Young in New York. Young returned the gesture by sending the `Love Story` hitmaker with a romantic ballad, but is reportedly upset about not receiving a reply, reported Femalefirst. "(I was) a little (heartbroken). I`m not that eloquent, and I may have said something wrong," said Young. The 24-year-old musician, who has been mailing Swift for four months after meeting her, was left heartbroken after she started dating Gyllenhaal. However, he is reportedly been trying to woo her back after learning of her split from the actor. But the `Vanilla Sky` hitmaker is yet to get a response. "I never heard back!" added Young referring to Swift’s deferred response. Swift had earlier capitalised the letters A-D-A-M in the lyrics of the CD booklet to express her interest in Young. PTI
