Juvenile in Nirbhaya case to walk free on Dec 21: Has justice been served?

On December 16, 2012, a girl was brutally gangraped by 6 men, one of them, a minor. The girl died of her injuries after fifteen days. The incident enraged the nation and we saw nation wide protests. All the accused were arrested and charged with sexual assault and murder. After finding them guilty, 4 of the accused were sentenced to death by hanging. One of them had already died in police custody, and the juvenile was given the maximum sentence of three years' imprisonment in a reform home. December 21, this year, the convicted juvenile will walk free after serving his sentence. We have to refer to him as "unnamed juvenile" as his name was never disclosed, nor was his face. In less than a month from today, he will come out of the jail and roam free among us, and we won't recognise him.
