  • According to PTI, the city police on Monday filed an affidavit in the HC seeking dismissal of the petition filed by Rajput's sisters - Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh - to quash the FIR lodged against them for alleged forgery and fabrication of a medical prescription for their brother. The case was lodged against them by Bandra police here in September after receiving a complaint from Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.

  • The Mumbai police have told the Bombay High Court that they were duty-bound to register an FIR against late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters as the complaint lodged against them by actress Rhea Chakraborty "disclosed commission of offence".

  • "Will co-operate with the officials", said she, reportedly.

    It has been learnt that Karishma will appear before the NCB on November 4, Wednesday at 10 am. 

  • Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone's manager Karishma Prakash is being probed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drugs case, related to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. 

    According to sources, Karishma's interim bail application will be heard on November 7. Therefore she won't be arrested before that. However, Karishma will have to appear before the NCB during this time period and record her statement.

  • Karishma, however, has been "untraceable" after she was summoned by the NCB for questioning last month. 

  • The fresh summons were issued after the NCB recovered drugs from her Mumbai home last month during a raid.

  • Meanwhile, actress Deepika Padukone's manager Karishma Prakash, who is being probed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drugs-related case in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput's death, has been summoned by the agency for the third time.

New Delhi: Actor Shekhar Suman has questioned the film industry's silence in actor Sushant Singh Rajput death's case. He tweeted to say that the people from the industry are reacting to the France killings but remained mum in Sushant's case.
