Meet Noel Tata’s Daughter-in-Law Who Leads India’s Major Industrial Groups – Know All About Her

Manasi Kirloskar is part of the renowned Kirloskar family, which founded the Kirloskar Group in 1888. The family has deep roots in India’s industrial landscape, much like the Tata family.

Manasi Kirloskar married Neville Tata, son of Noel Tata, in 2019. The wedding took place at Ratan Tata's house, further linking two of India’s prominent business families.

After her father, Vikram Kirloskar’s passing in 2023, Manasi was appointed Vice-Chairperson of Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts (TKAP) and Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), along with leading multiple other companies in the automotive and textile sectors.

Manasi holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in the United States, adding a creative dimension to her business expertise.

 

For her achievements in the business world, Manasi was honored by the United Nations as a Young Business Champion, a testament to her leadership and contributions.

 

Alongside her business pursuits, Manasi has maintained her passion for art. She travels the world visiting museums and galleries, with her own artwork receiving praise from iconic Indian artist M.F. Husain.

 

By marrying into the Tata family and leading key companies in the Kirloskar Group, Manasi Kirloskar holds a significant position in two of India’s most influential business dynasties.
