According to a social media video, figs are non-vegetarian as a wasp enters inside through a small opening, carrying pollen. The trapped wasp dies inside the fig, hence making it non-vegetarian. But some food experts have debunked the claim. Rupeet Kaur, Dietitian and Nutritionist, Founder and CEO at Diet Ryt wants to say on this.
