Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Kings XI Punjab, Indian Premier League 2020 Match 22: In Pics

David Warner-led Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and opted to bat first against KL Rahul-led Kings XI Punjab in Match 22 of the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Dubai International Stadium on Thursday.

Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings XI Punjab are currently occupying sixth and eighth spot, respectively in the IPL 13 standings. While SRH have clinched two wins from five matches they have played so far, Kings XI are standing at the bottom of the table after just one victory from five games.

Kings XI Punjab have made three changes in their Playing XI for their clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Prabsimran Singh, Arshdeep Singh, and Mujeeb ur Rahman have been roped in, while Harpreet Brar, Chris Jordan and Sarfraz Khan are out for Match 22 of the IPL 2020.

Sunisers Hyderabad have made one change in their Playing XI. Khaleel Ahmed is back for the tie against Kings XI Punjab in place of Siddarth Kaul. 

David Warner, Jonny Bairstow, Kane Williamson and Rashid Khan are their four overseas player for the clash.

Jonny Bairstow struck a blistering knock of 97 runs besides stitching a huge stand of 160 runs with skipper David Warner (52) to help Sunrisers Hyderabad post a good target of 202 runs against Kings XI Punjab.

 Back-to-back wickets for Rashid Khan. Nicholas Pooran (77), who was looking good at the crease, was caught by T Natarajan at backward point on the fifth ball of the 15th over. Subsequently, Mohammad Shami departed for a duck after being trapped leg before wicket on the very next ball.
