Ban on public Holi celebrations in many states, directive for strict action against rule breakers

In view of the surging cases of the Coronavirus pandemic in the country, several states and union territories including Maharashtra, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh have banned public celebrations on Holi as well as other festivals in the coming months.
