Mumbai: 2 women narrowly escape death after falling into open manhole during heavy rain
A CCTV video is being surfaced from Mumbai in which the road is waterlogged after heavy monsoon rains. Due to this waterlogging, due to non-detection of open manholes, 2 women passing by are seen falling into manhole one after the other.
