Playing with little one is like doing a workout: Amitabh Bachchan

Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says that spending time with granddaughter Aaradhya just for few minutes is like gyming.

"Ever realized playing with the `little one` for just a few minutes could be equivalent to an entire two hour workout in the gym! Child is the father of man," the 69-year-old tweeted on his blog Bigb.bigadda.com. Abhishek and Aishwarya welcomed their daughter, Nov 16 last year. IANS
