Mumbai: 2012 will turn out to be a brilliant year. At least till the supposed apocalypse engulfs all of us. One thing to look forward to is the biography of superstar Rajnikanth, which is to hit the stands on 12.12.12! Penned by critic-producer Naman Ramachandran, the biography will be brought out by Penguin Books India. According to the famous publishers, ‘Rajnikanth’ is the first and only definitive biography of one of India’s biggest stars. 12th of December, 2012 will see the launch of the book, and will commemorate the 62nd birthday of the superstar. Apart from the date on which the book is being launched, there are other unique things about it too. For example, it will contain some incredibly rare pictures and anecdotes from Rajnikanth’s life. In a statement, the publishers have said that the book will be a detailed analysis of Rajnikanth’s meteoric career in the film industry, and will trace the trajectory of his life on and off screen from his debut performance to ‘Rana’, his upcoming blockbuster. Meanwhile, all we can do, is wait till 12.12.12!
