JLo’s manager wishes she would get into relationships slowly

Jennifer Lopez may have moved on quickly started dating Casper Smart, but her manager wants the superstar to take things more slowly.

Washington: Jennifer Lopez may have moved on quickly after her split from Marc Anthony and started dating Casper Smart, but her manager wants the superstar to take things more slowly. Benny Medina wishes she had given herself more time before getting into a new relationship.

“The thing that I always sort of wished is that she would give herself time to just naturally meet someone, instead of having obsessive guys pursue her,” a magazine has quoted him as saying. “The ease which that obsession becomes a relationship I think sometimes works against her ability to have a real meaningful relationship,” he added. Lopez demonstrated in a January Tweet that she isn’t affected by the 18-year gap between her and Smart, 24. “We talked about it and she was like, ‘It’s not even the age, Benny, It’s actually that I just came out of a relationship where I felt like I was kind of not getting what I needed. And I’m open!’” Medina said. The singer went on to tell him she is looking for “somebody who steps in right now and is actually touching me in a [meaningful] way.” Even though Medina wishes Lopez would go about getting into relationships differently, he believes that Smart isn’t just some short-term rebound romance. “[Jennifer] never half does anything. When she commits to anything in her work, her life or her relationships, she is in it,” the manager said. ANI
