Kelly Brook finds getting older `terrifying`

Washington: Kelly Brook has revealed that she finds ageing process “terrifying” because her career is mainly been based on her looks, but insisted she takes care of her skin to stop the wrinkles.

The 33-year-old model confessed that she has started looking after her skin by splurging in expensive skincare ranges, as she is scared of getting wrinkles. “It’s pretty terrifying. But I guess the great thing about getting older is you can approach life in a confident way, as you’re more experienced,” Contactmusic quoted Brook as telling the Look magazine. “Facials are important, I have a massage and cleanse every three weeks. I use Linda Meredith and Yonka skincare ranges. They’re quite expensive, but I think it’s important to invest in good-quality products and ingredients,” she said. The beauty is not only looking after her skin but is also taking care of her body and is sensible with what she is eating. “I’ve been good over the last few weeks and worked out a lot. I’ve cut sugar out and feel better for it. I just have to have a little bit of what I fancy - everything in moderation,” she added. ANI
