Kupwara army camp attack: This now has to end somewhere, says Virender Sehwag
The two militants who attacked the base at Kupwara were killed as soldiers returned fire, army spokesman said.

New Delhi: Veteran Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag on Thursday slammed the terrorist attack in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir where three Indian soldiers were martyred.
In the wee hours today, Five including three soldiers and two militants were killed while another five soldiers were injured in Thursday`s fidayeen (suicide) attack on an army camp.
Sehwag, who is known for his comments on Indian soldiers, took to Twitter to write, "3 soldiers martyred, dreams of 3 families shattered, as we were sleeping . Whatever be the solution,this now has to end somewhere. #Kupwara."

Indian boxer Vijender Singh also expressed his thoughts on the attack.

"Fidayeen terrorists attacked the Panzgam army camp in north Kashmir close to the Line of Control (LoC) around 4.30 a.m.," Defence Ministry Spokesman, Colonel Rajesh Kalia told IANS.
"The three soldiers killed, included a captain and a non-commissioned officer (NGO)," the spokesman added.
The five injured in the attack in Jammu and Kashmir have been airlifted to Srinagar for treatment, defence sources said.
Searches were going on inside the camp to ascertain whether or not the militants managed to sneak into the camp.
