London: Hollywood star-turned-California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has come under the scanner of tax officials, as he allegedly owes them nearly $80,000 in unpaid charges.The "Terminator" star, who has been Governor of California since 2003, is said to have fallen behind in his payments from 2004 and 2005, reports imdb.com.
