Revealed! Why Neetu Kapoor gave family Christmas brunch a miss

New Delhi: On Christmas, the shutterbugs went crazy clicking Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor posing candidly with ladylove Katrina Kaif outside the Kapoor mansion. Yes, they came together, posed together and had family Christmas brunch hand-in-hand. Happiness, right?

But, mommy Neetu Kapoor was nowhere in the picture, giving enough reasons to gossip mills for churning out stuff like she is not cool with Katrina coming over. However, the real reason behind her absence from the Kapoor brunch is finally out.

According to Bollywood Life.com, Neetu was fulfilling the wish of her granddaughter Samara, who wanted to see a Santa Claus. How cute is that! Well, the report quotes Neetu revealing the reason to a daily where she mentions that Riddhima's little angel Samara wanted to see a Santa, so they took her to a hotel and by the time they got back, the brunch was over.

Hmm...looks like Santa did the trick!
