Courteney Cox calls ex-hubby David Arquette her ‘very best friend’

New York: Courteney Cox was all praises for ex husband David Arquette at a recent party, calling him her “very best friend.”

Cox, 47, made the revelation at a Television Critics Association party for her show ‘Cougar Town’. “He’s my favorite person in the world,” a daily quoted the actress as telling a magazine. “No matter what happens in our future, he’s my very best friend.” Cox said that she is extremely proud of Arquette for avoiding alcohol for a full 365 days. “It’s David’s one year of sobriety! He’s great. Good for him.” Cox and Arquette announced that they were separating after 11 years together in October 2010. However, the couple said that they would still be teaming up to raise daughter Coco. ANI
