New Delhi: In an attempt to nab one of the most wanted man of India, Dawood Ibrahim, the Modi government has prepared a new blueprint to nab the underworld don and destroy his D-Company.
According to a report published in India Today, the government has formed five investigative teams to keep a track on Dawood and his henchmen.
Around 50 officials from Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Interpol wing of the CBI are a part of the five teams.
Besides tracking Dawood's movement in Pakistan, the officials are entrusted with the duty of keeping a close eye on underworld don's close aides and relatives back in India, who are handling his business.
The probe agencies have identified 11 men who are running 1993 Mumbai serial blasts mastermind's business across the world.
The report further states that Dawood is seriously unwell and has confined himself to his home in Pakistan's Karachi, where he resides with the name of Sheikh Ismail Merchant.
CBI has sent a judicial request to Pakistan seeking information about Dawood's alleged Gutka business set up there with help from Indian businessmen after filing a chargesheet against the most wanted terrorist.
