Indian origin `Idol` contestant Sanjaya Malakar spotted singing at NYC subway

New York: Former ‘American Idol’ contestant Sanjaya Malakar was recently photographed performing in a New York City subway station.

An eyewitness told In Touch magazine that the Indian origin singer was singing ‘(Sittin’ on) the Dock of the Bay’, the New York Daily News reported. Malakar crooned his way to No. 7 on the sixth season of ‘Idol’ in 2007. ANI
