India and France on Monday signed 14 pacts to bolster ties and concluded an inter-government agreement for the purchase of 36 Rafale fighter aircraft by New Delhi. The two countries also decided to bolster cooperation against terrorism. French President Francois Hollande will be the chief guest for the 67th Republic Day parade in Delhi on 26 January 2016.
