New Delhi: Former skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq is likely to be appointed as the next chief selector of the Pakistani team by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
According to a report in Geo News, the board has decided to name Inzamam as the head of the national selection committee after the team's dismal show in limited-overs cricket.
Inzamam is currently the coach of Afghanistan cricket team.

The report added that a formal announcement regarding the chief selector’s appointment is expected to be made by the PCB soon, also adding that the batting great has agreed to quit his job as Afghanistan cricket team’s coach.
