BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday filed a petition in the Madras High Court to quash Lodha Committee's order, which suspended Chennai Super Kings (CSK) from the Indian Premier League.

New Delhi: BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday filed a petition in the Madras High Court to quash Lodha Committee's order, which suspended Chennai Super Kings (CSK) from the Indian Premier League.
According to a report in the Hindu Business Line, Swamy urged the court to pass an interim stay on the ban on CSK.
Swamy took to social micro-blogging site Twitter to inform his followes that the matter was listed for hearing on September 23.
The MHC saw prima facie merit in my arguments issued notice and listed it for hearing on 23rd. The process for liberating CSK starts now
