Sunil Grover will be back as Dr Mashoor Gulati soon!

Mumbai: Sunil Grover made an exit from ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ after the infamous mid-flight fight with the star comedian while returning from Australia sometime in March. Grover decided not to return to the show even after Kapil apologised to him publicly. But now the man known for his adorable antics will be back as Dr Mashoor Gulati.

Yes, you read that right. Grover, who also essayed Rinku Bhabhi, will appear as the hilarious Dr. in a special episode on the channel airing Sharma’s show. However, it won’t be a part of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.

It will be a special episode hosted by Aparashakti Khurrana to promote Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Tubelgiht’.

According to a report in DNA, Ali Asgar, Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhosale too will join Sunil Grover in his act.

“Instead of getting Salman Khan on The Kapil Sharma Show, the channel decided to have this episode,” DNA quoted a source as saying.

Sunil may get a chance to host a new show in case he is able to shoulder it entirely on his own. “If he does, they’ll launch a comedy show with him. Discussions are on for it,” the source added.
