Moving ahead...dryfruits...means treasure of health...if you eat a handful of dryfruits daily, then diseases vanish forever...you must have heard this from your elders. Cashews, walnuts, almonds, pistachios..raisins, dates...each has its own benefits...some eat dryfruits in breakfast, some eat dryfruit laddoos...some add dryfruits to kheer and enjoy its taste...but the dryfruits which are being eaten to improve health..the same dryfruits can make you sick...I am not talking nonsense...this is 100% true.
